FROM STAGNANT TO AGILE


The second-largest communications group in the world was looking for a way to empower its people leaders to become more agile and future fit. They wanted them to be able to spot trends and think ahead, move forward despite ambiguity, and lead cutting edge innovation on their teams.

Our Solution


Ei partnered with their learning and development team to offer Innovation Leaps, a month-long program focused on the skills and mindsets of futures-casting and innovation.

Workshop Outcomes


Impacts reported by participants include:

  • involving junior team members in core problem-solving
  • using client interviews to inform marketing strategy of new products
  • consolidating information and improving internal comms
  • using innovation hacking to cut through "analysis paralysis"
