Ei partnered with their learning and development team to offer Innovation Leaps, a month-long program focused on the skills and mindsets of futures-casting and innovation.

Impacts reported by participants include:

• involving junior team members in core problem-solving
• using client interviews to inform marketing strategy of new products
• consolidating information and improving internal comms
• using innovation hacking to cut through "analysis paralysis"

“I had a relatively inexperienced team and we'd just had some turnover. Now I'm involving my team in some of the core pieces that impact downstream problem-solving, and I'm seeing my team is much more engaged, there's increased accountability, and they've shifted from a task-completion orientation to a problem-solving approach.”
