Since 2017, Ei and Abelson Taylor have partnered each year to offer the AT Leaps program, an opt-in learning cycle available to any employee. The CEO of AT reports that supporting his team members to follow their curiosities - both personal and professional- has boosted their creativity, engagement, and motivation at work.
Our Solution
AT staff have taken Leaps ranging from learning a new programming language to submitting a children’s book for publication. Even those Leapers who choose a more personal project end up developing skills they can apply at work.
