The Challenge


FROM SOLID PLAYERS TO AGENTS OF CHANGE


Under new leadership, the company’s President wanted to set a culture of innovation, improve employee morale and trust. He saw an opportunity to recognize top talent in addressing key internal challenges that, if solved, would energize employees.

Our Solution


The company chartered an internal innovation team and sought Ei’s support to install and support a framework for identifying challenges, brainstorming and prototyping solutions, and measuring results through in-depth coaching and a series of workshops in design thinking and storytelling. To extend the learning beyond the innovation team, Ei also hosted workshops for the company’s Senior Leadership team on various innovation mindsets.

Workshop Outcomes


Just one year in, the innovation team launched six front-line innovation projects to address top employee concerns and opportunities. The team was recognized globally by the parent company and received an award for its advances in corporate sustainability.


The Change Innovators team was recognized by the global Beckers Groupe for being a one-of-a-kind program with participants who were driving real, cultural change in the organization.
