A top ten advisory tax and assurance firm knew that if they stuck with “business as usual,” they would not be able to match and outlast their competitors. They needed every team member, from associate to partner, to look at any business process and think: “We can get better at this.”

Our Solution


Ei partnered closely with the firm’s Learning & Innovation teams to design and lead a 3-month cohort program for high potential employees. Through a combination of virtual sessions and a 1-week in-person intensive, these early career professionals conducted a rigorous innovation sprint that culminated in eight “winning” innovations that the firm pursued. The unique program structure enabled associates to deepen their ties to each other and senior leaders, resulting in an increased connection to the firm mission and a sense of belonging.

  • 91% believe the program improved their core innovation skills
