FROM ERODING TRUST TO BUILDING IT
A high-powered consultancy firm with less than 100 employees struggled with communication challenges and interpersonal dynamics that hindered collaboration and innovation. After losing team members due to the unhealthy company culture, they knew they had to fix these issues to elevate quality and retain talent.
Through surveys and interviews, we identified six habits eroding team trust. We created a custom 1/2-day "Building Bridges Toward a Feedback Culture" workshop. The team analyzed their conflict styles, surfaced trust-eroding practices, and made a concrete plan for improvement.
Four weeks later, the team had used the workshop language to interrupt difficult dynamics and reflected in trios on their commitments. The team’s leader had begun pro-actively and frequently seeking feedback on his communication.
“Doing this together was like three years’ worth of executive coaching in one afternoon.”
