1. Challenge

The Head of Talent for a global network of public relations companies recognized a need for his people to develop presentation skills, particularly in a hybrid environment. Instead of “hiding behind their screens," he hoped his account teams would feel more confident creating compelling stories and owning the room when delivering them to internal and external audiences.

We addressed that need through a five-week series:
