FROM DISCONNECTED TO SYNERGIZED
In 2021, we worked with a 200-person real estate investment company to deliver a culture-shifting offsite spanning four days in beautiful Park City, UT. The goal of the offsite was to align 25+ leaders around a shared vision and strategy and strengthen relationships throughout the firm.
We combined team-building activities, intensive learning sessions, and small group strategy meetings into the agenda. The offsite enabled leaders to formulate a strategic vision, identify restraints, and define organizational goals. Colleagues tackling a major industry challenge using human-centered design skills. The program dovetailed with a larger leadership development initiative, already underway, which we also designed and facilitated.
The offsite resulted in better strategic alignment, interpersonal connections, and creative problem-solving skills in addition to real-life business innovations and prototypes for the firm. With a strengthened sense of camaraderie and focus, the company is now better equipped to address future challenges with a shared vision and deeper sense of trust.
