How long is AI Leaps?

About 7 weeks including:

  • Two live workshops (2 hours each)
  • One 1:1 coaching session (~30 min, flexibly scheduled)
  • One Leaps Showcase (2 hours max)

Can we embed our own AI tools?

Yes! We’ll build the workshop around your company’s approved tools and policies. In fact, organizations that have already selected their AI tools but are seeing low uptake are in the perfect spot for AI Leaps.

How many people are in an AI Leaps cohort?

Our sweet spot for live, virtual learning is cohorts smaller than ~30 people.

What are the pre-reqs for my org to be ready for AI Leaps?

For organizations, we recommend having two things in place:

  1. A clear “why”—why do you want your employees using AI? And what do you want them to do with the time and energy they save? 
  2. Teams have access to a defined AI tech stack and some guardrails around how to use the tools. 
The program works best when company leaders are modeling curiosity and a willingness to experiment themselves.

Is this for complete AI newbies?

AI Leaps is designed to meet people wherever they are—whether they’ve never opened ChatGPT or they’re already using AI tools daily. Beginners build confidence. Frequent users sharpen their approach. Everyone learns by doing.

Can I join as an individual if my company is not running AI Leaps?
