The Transformative Power of Leaps

When was the last time you stepped out of your comfort zone? Felt that pit in your stomach, calling out your insecurity, unsure of how to handle what was in front of you? But then you leapt. You did it.

Maybe it was sudden, or maybe it was through a series of small gains, but either way—you made it to the other side. Looking back, you can see your progress and you’ve gained the confidence that next time you’re on the precipice of growth, you’ll know what to do.

At Ei, that’s what we aspire to build – a workforce full of lifelong learners motivated by their own potential to learn and grow. Indeed, igniting motivation and purpose at work is our mission.

Leaps: Learning that Sticks

Since our inception, Ei has championed a unique approach to learning. Over the past decade, we’ve experimented various learning models, and a singular theme has emerged that ensures impactful learning: taking Leaps. At Ei, Leaps are self-directed projects designed to take learners out of their comfort zones and pursue growth where it matters most.

Over the years, we’ve guided hundreds of people to take powerful Leaps through our flagship Leaps program. Today, we are thrilled to announce that we have fully integrated Leaps into all our programs. By pairing our content-driven workshops with this transformative, experiential model, we are furthering our promise to deliver learning that sticks. A New Way to Learn at Work

Our Leaps model consists of three phases, building upon each other to create the ideal environment for business impact and personal growth.

  • Phase 1 – Laying the Foundation: Learners develop essential skills and mindsets aligned with company goals through rigorous, interactive, content-driven workshops.
  • Phase 2 – Leaping: Learners (now Leapers!) design and execute self-directed projects to integrate new knowledge by addressing real work challenges.
  • Phase 3 – Landing: Leapers celebrate and solidify the learning journey by sharing experiences and discussing how to apply new knowledge to day-to-day work.

Tailored to Your Needs

One thing we pride ourselves on at Ei is our ability to be true partners to our clients. We understand that no two teams are alike. So, we don't have one go-to program, nor will we ever move in that direction. Instead, Leaps cohort programs will be tailored to the specific learning goals of each team and/or company through curated workshops from these core areas:

This customized approach within a signature structure allows us to remain nimble and responsive to unique needs without charging the exorbitant costs often associated with bespoke programs.

Community at the Core

Nearly a year ago, our team led a final reflection workshop for a three-month cohort program. One learner shared her perspective: “This wasn’t just head learning; this was soul learning!

Her words have since become an unofficial north star for Ei, reminding us that meaningful learning thrives within a supportive community. This ethos will continue to permeate our work. Each program will create space for learners to step out of their routines, experiment, make mistakes, and achieve breakthroughs, all with the support of fellow learners and Ei coaches.
