The Experience Institute team is looking for our next team member to join as our Program Delivery Lead.

This role will oversee the design and delivery of Ei’s workplace learning programs. You’ll work closely with our talented team of facilitators to continue leading experiences that transform lives and teams alongside our amazing partners.

You might be drawn to this role if you have experience creating learning programs for professionals ranging from new hires to seasoned executives. You'll have content expertise in topics like storytelling, management, innovation, and personal growth. And you’ll feel comfortable leading learning projects for teams in industries ranging from professional services and technology to manufacturing and government. The Program Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of all Ei programs, as well as the team that helps to accomplish that work. This role is approximately 50% program delivery and 50% program design, management, and client engagement. This role will:

  • Facilitate workshops and programs
  • Design long and short form programs
  • Manage account delivery
  • Facilitate client planning and design sessions to meet custom objectives
  • Manage Ei’s community
  • Collaborate with the sales team
  • Evaluate program effectiveness
  • Lead our instructional team
  • Contribute to product strategy
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop, implement, and continually evaluate and improve organizational strategy and operations
