Higher education in America is undergoing an evolution so powerful and significant that it undoubtedly will change the basic understanding of what higher education is and to impact generations of learners for millennia to come.
This evolution will prove to be more significant than the Morrill Land Grant Act (1862) and the G.I. Bill after World War Two.
Moving forward into the 21st century higher education will no longer be defined by ones major, degree, or university. The cookie-cutter degree has already started to crumble only to be replaced with other mediums for continuous and collaborative lifelong learning. Life is not about multiple choice exams. It is about learning experiences at both an individual and collaborative level.
The new form of higher education will focus on a blended learning model with which to provide learners ways to enhance their learning, skill sets, employability, and happiness. This is the Experience Institute.
