Pushing Through Adversity
The opposite of failure is resilience—which is both a skill and mindset. Inevitably, during challenging seasons, managers, teams, and employees will stumble. A leader’s ability to quickly bounce back, collect learnings, and continue building is what separates them from others.

Honestly, this is one of the best trainings that I have ever done and I have been in dozens of them. I appreciated the ground rules in the beginning, the collaboration, the balance between activities, lecture content, and conversations. I will be using several things from how this was formatted into future meetings with my teams.
