Course Overview


Burnout prevention is more important now than ever. This workshop ignites a deeper understanding of self and fosters an individual resilience practice. How can we build our own earthquake-proof house? Drawing on research from neuroscience and positive psychology, this session champions managing energy over managing time. Team members reflect on the daily activities that drain or restore their energy, and prioritize opportunities to recover and relocate creativity.
