Pushing Through Adversity

Course Overview

The opposite of failure is resilience—which is both a skill and mindset. Inevitably, during challenging seasons, managers, teams, and employees will stumble. A leader’s ability to quickly bounce back, collect learnings, and continue building is what separates them from others.

Through exercises in diagnosing pressure points, setting and committing to a bigger team purpose, and understanding the simple, necessary steps for recovering from setbacks, participants will explore helpful frameworks for building personal and team resiliency.

Course Takeaways

Identify how pressure appears in an individual's work & performance

Introduce the brain science behind a resilient mindset

Practice tools and short exercises to build self-awareness and mindfulness

Gain templates for personal and team visions and guidelines for implementation

Learn practices for redirecting nervous energy from destructive to productive

Amass tips for energy management in high-stress environments

Honestly, this is one of the best trainings that I have ever done and I have been in dozens of them. I appreciated the ground rules in the beginning, the collaboration, the balance between activities, lecture content, and conversations. I will be using several things from how this was formatted into future meetings with my teams.

Our Methodology

Learn through Experience

Experiences are what change how we see ourselves and the world. People who thrive are curious, focused, have a bias towards action, and pursue ongoing learning.

Ei's methodology is rooted in the belief that the deepest learning occurs through experience. Each workshop addresses specific personal or organizational challenges and then cycles through the pillars of experiential learning.

We've helped thousands of workplace learners with our programs and products.
