Psychological Safety for Teams

Course Overview

In this workshop, participants will surface and practice what “psychological safety” means and how and where they can help contribute to strengthening it on their team. Participants will work through meaningful exercises that push for deeper relationships and a shared vulnerability.

Participants will set the groundwork for future collaboration and foster a deeper understanding of how to respect one another. This workshop also provides an opportunity to gather employees who are already part of a team or who might not generally work together closely, but do work toward a common goal.

Course Takeaways

Develop a shared understanding of psychological safety and why it’s essential for healthy teams

Consider the degree of psychological safety present on their team

Reflect on their own personal and professional experiences on a basis of psychological safety for successful collaboration

Understand the individual’s role in how to contribute to building team psychological safety

Develop a shared language and frameworks for building deeper collaboration

Commit to small actions to contribute to a growing sense of psychological safety on their team

I will now practice being more vulnerable and direct. Asking for what I need is something I struggle with, but I believe that what I learned in this workshop set me up for success. I look forward to observing the continued momentum from the team!

Our Methodology

Learn through Experience

Experiences are what change how we see ourselves and the world. People who thrive are curious, focused, have a bias towards action, and pursue ongoing learning.

Ei's methodology is rooted in the belief that the deepest learning occurs through experience. Each workshop addresses specific personal or organizational challenges and then cycles through the pillars of experiential learning.
