Leading Hybrid Work
This workshop will introduce managers to the basics of establishing cadence and healthy habits for a remote or hybrid team. From creating efficient team workflows and collaborative spaces to mechanisms for accountability when you can’t actually “see” your employees, participants will learn mindsets and tools in order to better support & engage teams.
