Hybrid Work that Works
In this workshop, teams will reconsider how, where, and when they do their best work in the context of the new normal: hybrid work.
Through interactive exercises and real-time application, Hybrid Work that Works offers participants the opportunity to strengthen their community support, improve collaboration tactics, ensure they have the right tools for the right purpose, and gain deeper self-care practices for work.
Participants will spend time reflecting on their own work habits as well as how to best work with their team, regardless of location, and gain practical tools and quick hacks for making hybrid work, work.
Experience the effects of “switchtasking” and apply strategies for bringing more intention to work
Strengthen the informational, tangible, and emotional support in professional communities
Implement practices to ensure they’re doing the right work at the right time in the right environment
Learn quick and easy fixes that generate an outsized impact on the productivity of their meetings
Take an inventory of the tools they use to do their work and communicate with their teams
Implement a short, replicable burst of self-care at work
This experience was very much needed and the timing was great since WFH work styles are different than our physical presence when we all work together at the office. As we move towards a future hybrid environment, these strategies and tools will keep us engaged and connected.
Experiences are what change how we see ourselves and the world. People who thrive are curious, focused, have a bias towards action, and pursue ongoing learning.
Ei's methodology is rooted in the belief that the deepest learning occurs through experience. Each workshop addresses specific personal or organizational challenges and then cycles through the pillars of experiential learning.
