Creative Problem Solving
No matter the employee's role in the company, having a process and toolkit for collaborative problem-solving is essential. In this workshop, we teach Design Thinking skills and mindsets and provide an opportunity for participants to work through a challenge together. They brainstorm new ideas, practice giving & receiving feedback, and use iterative cycles. Together, they'll leave with new tools for tackling complex, messy challenges.
This workshop can also be leveraged as a Design Thinking “tune-up” for remote teams to sharpen their collaboration skills online and learn new tools and mediums.

As an art director, I feel like I can now have more effective and efficient brainstorms by myself and in a group.
Experiences are what change how we see ourselves and the world. People who thrive are curious, focused, have a bias towards action, and pursue ongoing learning.
Ei's methodology is rooted in the belief that the deepest learning occurs through experience. Each workshop addresses specific personal or organizational challenges and then cycles through the pillars of experiential learning.
