Creative Problem Solving
Professionals learn (or re-learn!) the process behind Human Centered Design. By working through a specific challenge together, they brainstorm new ideas, practice giving & receiving feedback, and employ iterative design. They'll leave with new tools for tackling complex, messy challenges in both work and life.
Gain (or refresh) an understanding of the Design Thinking process
Learn to frame (and re-frame) problems for innovative results
Establish a go-to process for generating ideas, asking good questions, and prototyping ideas within and outside the organization
De-risk future work by conducting deliberate testing with and gathering feedback from users
Apply each step in the Design Thinking Process for good human-centered design
Practice the art of discovering stakeholders' explicit and implicit needs through empathy interviews
As an art director, I feel like I can now have more effective and efficient brainstorms by myself and in a group.
Experiences are what change how we see ourselves and the world. People who thrive are curious, focused, have a bias towards action, and pursue ongoing learning.
Ei's methodology is rooted in the belief that the deepest learning occurs through experience. Each workshop addresses specific personal or organizational challenges and then cycles through the pillars of experiential learning.
