No matter how you look at it, we're in a crisis of leadership. When leaders focus on the bottom line above all else, teams become burned out, employees leave, and the company suffers. But there is an antidote antidote: Empathy
Believe. Belong. Become: A Roadmap for Empathetic Leaders is a 4-part learning program that will equip you with the tools and skills to become a more empathetic and effective leader. Through interactive workshops and small-group coaching, you'll learn how to establish a personal north star to guide your work, build trust and foster connection, and inspire others to achieve their full potential.
2-hr workshop introducing the elements of empathetic leadership
Join like-minded peers and world-class facilitators to explore three ingredients of empathetic leadership: Believe, Belong, and Become. Set a leadership growth goal to implement in your life and work for the next month. Don’t worry, if you’ve taken an Empathetic Leadership workshop with Ei before, this one will feel fresh.
Two 30-min small-group coaching sessions
Create a plan to execute on your leadership goal and gain advice from an experienced coach and peers committed to leveling-up in a similar way. Over the course of the program, lean on your peer network for accountability and navigate shared challenges together. Community is at the heart of the Ei learning model.
1-hr closing session
Alongside your new community of empathetic leaders, cement your learnings, celebrate your accomplishments, and commit to continued growth. After all, the believe, belong, become journey continues long after the course ends.

The upcoming cohort will run April 18-May 18, 2023
- Kickoff Workshop: April 18th: 6:00 EST
- Coaching Session 1: April 25-27
- Coaching Session 2: May 9-11
- Closing Session: May 18, 6:00 EST
In addition to the live, virtual kickoff and closing events and two coaching sessions, you should expect to spend about an hour per week implementing ideas and tools from the course into work and reflecting on your experience with other learners.

Ei learning programs usually cost between $750 and $1,500 per person. We've discounted the program to $500 all-in this time as we’re still running in beta. For those who need additional financial assistance to participate, there’s a 50%, no-questions-asked reduced rate (code: FRIEND). A $50 deposit secures your place in the course and will be fully returned if fewer than 15 participants enroll.
