First, thanks for all of the warm replies and congratulations to my last note about love. You are wonderful, and it's a gift to be able to share a bit of both work and life with you. Thank you.

Today is a continuation of that thread...a small and simple gift from our team at Experience Institute.

This past year has brought a heightened level of division and uncertainty. And as the holidays roll in, the emotional range tends to widen. Joy and anticipation, sure. But also the quieter notes of sadness, concern, and fear.

Our team spends our days designing experiences that help people, leaders, and teams grow. But some of the best moments come when others take what we make and use it in their own circles to spark reflection, to set intention, to create a little change.
