Over the years, the Ei team and I have had the chance to meet and work alongside some of the most incredible people. These people range from CEOs and city officials, to community leaders and charismatic students. We see those people as friends — people we admire, support, and care about.

This show is going to be short interviews with those friends.

In each episode, we’ll hear one story about one decision that changed someone’s life for the better. Then our guest will share about one leap they hope to take next. And the show is called What’s Worth Doing named after the new deck of cards we just created.

The first episode launches today with my dear friend Renetta McCann.

At 52 years old, Renetta McCann had climbed to the top of her industry, becoming the CEO of one of the largest media companies in the world and one of Forbes most powerful women. She could have gone nearly any direction, but her leap was actually going *back* to school. And what followed changed her life and trajectory forever.
