In this module, participants explore traditional business mindsets and contrast them with the innovation mindsets that help unlock new value and novel ideas. Then they assess their own strengths and motivations against 5 roles—Champion, Creator, Connector, Conductor and Coach—that are critical for driving innovation inside an established organization. Participants learn best practices across these roles and apply them to an innovation priority they are currently focused on in their own jobs.
