"Shark Tank in a Day"
This module introduces participants to the principles and methods of design thinking and customer-centric innovation. In small teams, participants develop solutions to a real-world opportunity or pain-point the organization is facing. They learn practical frameworks and tools to develop solutions that are desirable to customers, feasible to implement and economically viable. Finally, groups pitch their solutions to each other, and vote on the most compelling ideas.
