As the company scaled from just a handful of employees to hundreds in a short time, the leaders wondered how they might maintain the same entrepreneurial spirit and a bias toward quick action that got the company off the ground.
Beginning with a series of strategy sessions, Ei helped RXBAR incorprate its values into their hiring process, and prototyped a a learning and development strategy that would foster skills in growth mindset and design thinking. Armed with positive feedback and results from employeed, RXBAR hosted their first leaps program in 2019 – RXLeaps.
In a matter of 3 months, the RXLeaps program resulted in 20 new, employee-led projects around personal and company challenges. After the program, employees reported that they felt more empowered and became more comfortable prototyping quickly and getting feedback from their peers. Company leadership got to witness the entrepreneurial potential of their growing team.
