Injecting new energy into client services

The agency was looking to inject new energy into standard process – annual brand planning. A few forward-thinking clients had also expressed interest in the making the brand planning process more collaborative.

Ei deployed two high-energy “Tactical Brainstorm” workshops to bring the agency and brand leaders together in a way that had never been done.

Clients left the session exclaiming it was “best tactical brainstorm we’ve ever had.” Each brainstorm results dozens of new ideas that aligned with the account’s strategic goals, newfound energy from the client and buy-in from both the internal and client project team.
